A retired ballerina, Leila brings the same expression and energy to her work as she did to the stage, she excels at choreographing learning journeys that help people reach their full potential. A registered psychologist, Leila is passionate about the systems of an organisation and excels at working in harmony with organisations to produce the best outcomes and bring true leadership into the spotlight.
Evelyn thrives on shared experiences. From walking her dogs to kayaking with friends or hiking the Camino track with strangers, Evelyn’s adventurous spirit is always looking for opportunities to connect with others. Her futuristic approach to learning saw Evelyn undertaking the ultimate adventure of founding Learning Ventures in 2011.
Evelyn continues to scale new peaks by challenging conventional thinking in the Learning & Development industry by solving real problems for real people, with real, implementable solutions.
Kate loves to run. The longer and further the better, she is all about smashing goals and seeing things successfully through to the end. Kate brings this same drive and determination to her work and enjoys helping her clients achieve their goals, keeping them focused well beyond the finish line. A marathon runner, Kate dedicates her time with her clients to put in all the training and preparation required to get to the finish line (the learning event or initiative), with quality and a high attention to detail. She is the pacer, the cheerleader and the support crew all in one.

Linda likes to take care of herself and is passionate about health and wellbeing, both inside and out. Linda brings this same attention to all her interactions and is driven by helping our clients to bring out the best in themselves. Linda works hard with her clients to ensure the inner leadership matches the outer brand of the business and bring out the best in them. Care and compassion are her hallmarks, no matter what the client needs, who they are, or where they are.
David loves the sand, sea and surf and excels at using his organisational psychology skills to assist executives across the tumultuous and unexpected waters of leadership. From grommets to long-boarders, David adapts his approach to the needs of his coachees, making sure he keeps his clients riding the crest of the wave and delivering them safely to shore.
A pop music afficianado, Debbie has an eclectic taste in popular music, loving anything from chart topping hits to country music ballads and she always knows the latest trends. Debbie can be found at the gigs and concerts, of all her favourite artists.
Debbie brings this same energy and passion to her facilitation, creating bright and bubbly learning environments, where people are not afraid to get down and boogie!
Tamar’s home is always bustling with people. Whether entertaining her extended family for a weekday meal, hosting overseas students on an exchange program or supporting fundraising events, Tamar welcomes everyone from all walks of life into her own. Tamar brings this sense of openness, empathy and encouragement to her coaching assignments; loving to learn about the variety of experience that people bring to the world.
Roberta loves walking and exploring untapped areas, just as she enjoys exploring leadership concepts with her groups; she brings new perspectives and a different view of the world from her own experience both inside and outside of organisations. Always up for a challenge, Roberta doesn’t shy away from the difficult path on the road to success and she brings this same attitude when working with senior teams and business leaders.
Dee is a green thumb at heart and loves being outside in the garden. Dee sets the foundations with good mulch and a keen eye and then provides the right conditions, such as sunlight and enough water, to allow her plants to grow. She approaches her learning circles in much the same way, providing a patient and caring environment where she can cultivate and develop young leaders of the future.
